At the Paris Commune restaurant after-party, Amy Adams said she was finally getting over the “adrenaline hangover” from her Oscar night musical performance and added that she met McDormand for the first time at the 78th Academy Awards.
“We both were nominated, and I really, really wanted to work with her,” Adams said. “Then this script came about, and I loved the character.”
