Amy Adams was forced to turn down Vanity Fair's invitation to a bash cohosted with Dior on for the magazine's Hollywood Issue in Beverly Hills.
Not as opulent as the magazine's legendary post-Oscar bash, which was scrapped due to the strike, the dinner gathered stars like America Ferrera, Ginnifer Goodwin and Zoe Saldana who are all listed in Vanity Fair's top 10.
Amy reportedly couldn't go due to Oscars commitments and, more specifically, for the rehearsals of 'Happy working song' (it was for the good cause then!).

In related news, Kristin Chenoweth confirmed to the press that it was Amy's decision not to sing both songs. Therefore there's no need to speculate on the reasons why Amy won't sing 'That's how you know' at the ceremony on February 24.
