Amy is hosting "Saturday Night Live" tonight at 11:30PM (EST) on NBC. Here’s what was still a possibility before dress rehearsal, per “The Phantom of 8H”:

* Kristen Wiig one-upping “Penelope.”
* A take on the “Project Runway” finale.
* Post-Texas Clinton-Obama.
* Adams (inevitably) singing.
* A digital short.

Amy to host Saturday Night Live on March 8

UPDATE: The following announcement has now been officially confirmed.

"According to the (subscription-only) Celebrity Bulletin, Amy Adams will host the March 8 episode. The Bulletin is a daily calendar-type publication that goes out to entertainment shows, magazines, etc. and lists celebrity appearances, and today's issue says Adams will be in New York next week for SNL rehearsals. If they have this information, they got it directly from Adams' reps.

Start speculating on musical guests now. Can we get an Enchanted spoof? Will Will Ferrell show up in solidarity with his Talladega Nights co-star? Will the striking resemblance between Adams and Kristen Wiig be addressed?"

Saturday Night Live (SNL) is a weekly late-night 90-minute variety show that is being broadcast on NBC. Each week, the show's cast is joined by a guest host and musical act.
